We offer tiered ceramic coating systems using Boeing certified products engineered for aviation environments. Available in one-year, two-year, and five-year options, these coatings enhance surface smoothness, UV and chemical resistance, and long-term gloss. If your aircraft is not able to be ceramic coated we can use a polymer sealant designed for composite aircraft.

Our interior and exterior detailing services are performed with only Boeing certified products and meticulous attention to detail, restoring cleanliness, clarity, and finish while preserving materials and aircraft systems.

Our de-ice boot services are performed using Collins Aerospace–approved products to protect material integrity and ensure reliable performance. From precision cleaning and protection to full strip-and-reseal applications. We service estane, neoprene, and silver boots.

We specialize in precision brightwork, carefully removing surface oxidation, swirl marks, and light sub-layer corrosion to restore clarity and uniformity to metal surfaces. All work is performed using products approved in applicable maintenance manuals, resulting in a clean, mirror-quality finish that enhances appearance while supporting long-term preservation.
About Us
Porter has spent the past six years working in aviation as a licensed A&P mechanic and also holds a pilot’s license. Raised in a family of aviators, he has been around aircraft his entire life, developing a deep respect for precision, safety, and craftsmanship.
Kayla also grew up immersed in aviation. Her father served in the National Guard as a flight doctor, and she spent much of her childhood flying in small aircraft, fostering a lifelong appreciation for aviation. She has also had a career in interior design where she developed a keen eye for detail.
Together, we founded Laminar Aircraft Detailing out of a shared passion for excellence, meticulous workmanship, and delivering an exceptional client experience. We are both highly detail-oriented and take pride in treating every aircraft with the care it deserves.
Porter and Kayla are both certified by the Aviation Detailing Association ensuring our methods meet the highest industry standards.
Their daughter Sage shares their excitement for aviation and eagerly points out every airplane that flies overhead.
